Working with Yoga TeachersOver the last decade, we have enjoyed working with many different yoga teachers on a wide range of projects.

Wellbeing within Education
Having worked within education since 2005 (and having children of our own) we like to think we know some stuff and have experienced both the gritty reality of teaching and the journey that young people embark upon as they grow into young adults.
We seek to actively INSPIRE young people and EMPOWER them to live happier, healthier and more fulfilled lives. We have worked within schools, colleges and with mental health organisations and love nothing more than to share our skills. Our approach is practical and engaging and we work with both students and staff.
