What makes this workshop special?
Singing bowls are a wonderful way of both 'making' and 'feeling' sound vibrations that help us re-find our own natural resonance.
Our physical and energetic bodies are exposed to a complex variety of frequencies on a daily basis, some are harmonious whereas others discordant. The stress caused by modern living easily takes its toll and we need to find ways to return to a sense of balance. When playing a singing bowl, you enter a special kind of mindful awareness and are gently drawn back towards your natural frequency. This is akin to taking a walk in a forest where our body relaxes and mind settles; we enter a state of natural resonance in which we feel whole once more. With a singing bowl, this power is in your hands.
Who is it for?
This workshop is designed for anyone who would like to learn more about singing bowls and their therapeutic qualities. It is suited to anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of singing bowls and develop their own practice. Although this is not an accredited course it can serve as great CPD for health and therapy practitioners.
