This 40 minute sound journey has been carefully crafted for maximum effect.

The first stage encourages the mind to relax and move into the Theta and Delta brainwave states. From here we gradually move into the heart of the journey and experience a powerful symphony of gongs. In the final phase we gently rise from the energy of the gongs with the gentle sounds of the Rav Vast handpan.

This recording combines acoustic instruments captured in a yurt deep in the countryside, live sounds captured within nature and digitally synthesized sounds. This blend is designed to carry you into a trance like state and is best practised tucked in a warm blanket where you can really immerse yourself in the experience. It can be powerful moving, therefore we recommend you give yourself time before and after the experience to become grounded.
