How does it work?
We all have the ability to improve our wellbeing and engage with our own healing process. Although some conditions may not be reversed, we have the power to find peace in our own body and mind.
Many of our problems and ability to manage the challenges of life, come from our perception and the way we think about things. Our brains generally store and process life experiences very well (we are amazing!) but there are times when life simply becomes too much for us to manage. In order to protect ourselves we begin to develop negative patterns of thinking associated more with the primitive functions of the mind such as the stress response. NRP helps you to reorganise these held patterns of thinking and behaviour, whilst moving you towards a more positive and fulfilling life. |

This practice is most effective when the client desires to take action to improve their wellbeing. We are here to help you navigate through life's challenges and learn skills to manage some of the pressures of modern life.
We know that everyone is different and our treatment will be completely tailored to your personal needs. Your first consultation will provide the perfect chance for us to explore and plan your course of treatment. From our experience we have found that we can help with many common conditions such as anxiety, OCD, depression, addiction, low confidence and low self-esteem, IBS, pain management, fears and phobias, sleep disorders and more. A Totally Natural Approach
Within our approach we use hypnotherapy which is a deeply relaxing and natural experience where the mind simply settles into a state of comfort and rest. Whilst in this calm and receptive state, you are taken on a visual and sensory journey where we explore natural imagery and metaphors for wellbeing. This is a state very similar to REM sleep and is a skill that we all naturally possess and through NRP learn to engage with.
During the deep relaxation phase of this therapy you will hear words such as ‘you are feeling more calm’ or ‘every day you feel more confident than before’ which help to embed more healthy ways of thinking. Whilst in a deeply relaxed state the subconscious mind is more open to receiving positive affirmations to help comfortably improve wellbeing without focusing on the problem itself. It is simple, but powerfully effective. To support your journey into wellbeing further, you will also practice mindfulness techniques and be encouraged to develop a daily practice. This is not essential for the process to work but can really help to support its natural evolution. You are more able, confident and stronger than you think and NRP will help you to reconnect with your greater sense of purpose. |
Making an Appointment
Prior to your appointment we will discuss your needs either over the phone, via email or video call. This will help to prepare your first session. During your first appointment you will receive a full consultation and your first therapeutic session. The length of time you receive treatment can be lead by yourself but in general most conditions can be resolved or eased within one to four sessions.
How much does it cost? £50 adult for 1 hour (£140 when booking 3 in advance) £40 teens for 1 hour (£110 when booking 3 in advance) |
