What makes this workshop special?
The voice is the most natural way for us to express ourselves and can be a powerful way of exploring our own wellbeing.
We can use the voice to resonate our thoughts and feelings outwards, and also explore our own internal landscape. When we express and study our personal vocal patterns, we can reveal held fears, tension and unresolved conflict. This workshop provides gentle yet effective techniques in a supportive environment, that allow you to work through challenges and feel empowered by this wonderful form of self expression.
Who is it for?
This workshop is for anyone who would like to practice using their voice.
There will be no singing but we will chant and tone together (this is much easier!).
For many people there is apprehension over using our voices for self expression and this workshop has been designed with this in mind. Rest assured, you are in safe hands.
If you are interested in exploring the therapeutic qualities of voicework or you are a teacher/public speaker this workshop could be for you.
